This has been going on for a month now. At a Super Target in
Raleigh, NC just off Highway 540, there has been a prank of sorts that the employees
have yet to notice. Looking closely at the picture you will notice that a
shopping cart rack has been moved to a new location and turned around.
What’s even more amazing is that customers have been putting
their shopping carts into the corral as an added joke for the employees to try
and get the carts back out.
